Parent Letter
Dear Parents,
Thank you in advance for your interest in RTR Camp 2012. Space is limited, so we are on a first come, first serve basis. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit holds your students’ spot. The total cost of camp is $275.00 with a $175.00 due by June 22nd (that includes the $50.00 deposit) and the remaining $100.00 balance by July 11th. The Information/Medical Release form and the second page of the Information Form with the camper’s signature must be completed and returned to either Katy Community Fellowship or to Faith West prior to departure on Monday, July 23rd.
Students are welcome to bring a cell phone, iPod, or Mp3 player for the ride to and from camp. We will however confiscate those items during camp. We do not want to remove the ability for you to contact your student or not to allow them to contact you. Students are welcome to ask to use their cell phone, or one of ours, to contact you and likewise you are welcome to contact one of us at the cell number below. The distraction of texting and/or talking to friends from camp and having the distraction of the music and device is what we want to avoid. Please read and go over the information with your student.
Please have your student at Faith West Academy at 9:00 A.M. on Monday, July 23rd and check them in by the fountain. We will return to Faith West Academy on Friday, July 27th by approximately 1:00 P.M. Please contact Allen or me if you have any questions.
